Availability of the Core Portal for Civil and Public Service Retirees and Garda Retirees on the Pensions A Payroll Database
The NSSO wish to advise that the intermittent connectivity issues on the Core Portal experienced by some users have been resolved and the Core Portal is now available to view online payslips and input and approve overtime/allowance and travel and subsistence claims.
The system will continue to be carefully monitored by the NSSO over the coming days to ensure that payrolls are operating and therefore may have to remove user access to the Core Portal at short notice.
A further update will be provided in relation to facilitating access to Corepay and Core BI.
We thank you for your patience while we continue to work to restore full access levels to the system as soon as possible.
If you have any queries please contact us at email@example.com
The NSSO sincerely apologises for the inconvenience caused.
The links below will provide you with useful information in relation to upcoming payroll deadlines and the upgrade of the Core Portal to version 28.
